Boot camp
The boot camp weekend program is full of various activities where you test your abilities and strengthen your body and mind, while at the same time enjoying nature. It is intended for all people who live and love an active sports life, as well as any form of physical activity and movement, and it is adapted for recreationists and people who are just starting out with a more active way of life.
The program of activities at the location of the Kupjak Mountain Park consists of mountain biking, Nordic walking, a training ground with tasks, basic strength training and stretching.
